I took a while to drum up courage to start going to the gym but with New physique it was made suited to my needs (as an older person in my late 50's.) I feel motivated by Peter Meacham and spurred on and as a personal trainer he knows his stuff. I am pushed to new levels but not beyond my capabilities. I am actually looking forward to each session and for when it starts to get harder as i get fitter. I am starting to feel the benefits now both physically and mentally and aiming to change my whole perspective and live healthier. Peter Meacham motivates and advises as he goes along but all the time is watching that myself and my friend are getting fit safely. i would recommend NEW PHYSIQUE to anyone.

I'm not a person that enjoys fitness or feels comfortable in a gym, however Pete made me feel at easy and what more he made me enjoy exercise. He made me feel positive and determined to hit my goals! They didn't seem out of reach when you have Pete as a personal trainer.
